Returns Policy

Outside U Mamma

If you wish to return your goods or rental equipment due to a change of mind or if you wish to exchange them you must inform U Mamma/Medicare within a period of 7 working days from the day on which the goods were received. You can write, fax, telephone or email our Customer Service Team - details above.

If you have been charged for the goods we will refund your account within 30 days from the cancellation date. You will be liable for the cost of returning the goods to us. The goods are your property once they have been dispatched and paid for. Therefore, we recommend that you obtain proof of posting when returning items for refund or exchange to U Mamma/Medicare.

You are obliged to return the goods to U Mamma/Medicare unused and in the condition (including packaging) that you received them, within 30 days. Please include the original or a copy of your delivery note, booking form or any other documentation sent by U Mamma/Medicare with your goods. If this is not available please include a note stating your name, address, printout of the email from U Mamma/Medicare confirming your order, contact details and any other relevant information. On receipt of your goods, and verification that they are in a saleable condition, a member of our Customer Service Team will initiate your refund (less the original delivery charge). We will notify you in writing of your refund.

A refund in full ((less the original delivery charge) will be made by way of credit to your credit card (or original form of payment) for items to be exchanged. You will be contacted and advised of this by a member of our Customer Service Team, when your original order is returned. We will then charge your account for the cost of your new order and delivery charges, if applicable.

Partial refunds of up to 50% of the original price will be made for any item returned that is not in it's original condition, is damaged by you the user or is missing parts.

You have the option to return goods and to collect goods from our office at the address above.

Returns, Refunds & Replacement/Exchanges - for products purchased that are damaged or faulty :

If your goods are damaged in transit during delivery or are faulty you must contact our Customer Service Team immediately. Our Customer Service Team is there to assist and advise you in relation to all procedures.

For a full refund or a replacement you must return the goods to U Mamma/Medicare within 30 days.
Goods must be returned in the condition (including packaging) that you received them. Please include the original or a copy of your delivery note, booking form or any other documentation sent by U Mamma/Medicare with your goods. If this is not available please include a note stating your name, address, printout of the email from U Mamma/Medicare confirming your order, contact details and any other relevant information. You will not be liable for the cost of returning the goods to U Mamma/Medicare or delivery charges in relation to the replacement of faulty goods or parts.

Refunds: Once we have processed your return item, we will notify you in writing of your refund. You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within 3-5 business days of our receiving your return.

Replacement/Exchanges: Once we have processed your return item, we will process your request for a replacement immediately. A representative from our Customer Service Team will advise you throughout this procedure. You will not be liable for the delivery charges incurred in the replacement process. Goods replaced under this circumstance are identified as a Replacement/Exchange.
