Cancellation
Credit card details are required to book appointments. 24 hour notice is required for cancellation or change of appointment. If an appointment is cancelled without notice, 50% of the cost of the treatment will be charged.
Children
For health and safety reasons babies and children are not allowed in the treatment rooms, unless the baby concerned is having a treatment. Treatments for babies are carried out with the parent/guardian in the room. Only the adult receiving treatment will be allowed into the treatment room.
Consultation
All vital medical history must be recorded on your consultation card. This information will be retained in compliance with the Data Protection Acts 1988 and 2003.
Treatment Times
Due to the nature of holistic therapies, durations are not exact. Your first consultation is free and will not affect the duration of your treatment. Please allow an extra 15 minutes for consultation on a first visit. Follow up consultations and client care are included in the duration stated for all subsequent treatments.
